The Black Friday price is an App Store introductory offer, so it is for people subscribing to Sheaf for the first time. If you have subscribed or had a free trial before, the App Store shows the regular price.
The plan renews at the regular yearly price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the year. You can cancel any time in your App Store account settings.
